50+ Life-Saving Techniques
Developed with input from law enforcement and survivors, this program teaches strategies to defend against the most common assault tactics. You’ll learn to stay safe, no matter the situation.
Empowerment Beyond the Physical
More than just techniques, our course emphasizes awareness, risk assessment, and verbal de-escalation strategies to help women set boundaries and defend themselves, even in emotionally challenging situations.
Progress at Your Pace
Start at any time! Each one-hour class covers two techniques, and lessons are designed to be completed in any order. With every session, you’ll gain skills, confidence, and an empowering sense of achievement.
Your Journey to Confidence and Safety
Step 1: Learn and Practice
Complete 20 structured lessons at your own pace. Your progress will be tracked with a dedicated attendance card.
Step 2: Develop Reflexes
After completing all 20 lessons, you have the option to attend additional classes to practice combining techniques in realistic scenarios.
Step 3: Achieve Recognition
After completing all lessons three times and you can test for the prestigious Pink Belt, a symbol of mastery and empowerment.
