Legends Fall Festival Sponsor & Vendor:

Receive a 10'x10' area to advertise your products and services and a listing on our sponsors page. Sign in is at 9am. Once you sign in, you will be assigned your space to set up your booth. Once you make the payment, please send your logo and additional contact information to contact@legendskickboxing.com

I understand this payment is nonrefundable and MMA Fitness Corporation has the right to deny my application to be a vendor / sponsor, and by making this payment I agree to the terms stated below in the following agreement.

Legends Fall Festival Vendor/Sponsor Agreement.

This Vendor/Sponsor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on this 19th day of October, 2024, by and between Legends Kickboxing ("Host") and [Vendor/Sponsor Name] ("Vendor/Sponsor").

1. Event Information

The Legends Fall Festival ("Event") will be held on October 19th, 2024 at [4408 OLD US 1 HWY, NEW HILL, NC 27562]. This family-friendly event will feature food, games, raffles, and activities for all ages.

2. Vendor/Sponsor Participation

Vendor/Sponsor agrees to participate in the Event under the following terms:

• Vendor/Sponsor will receive a 10’ x 10’ space at the Event to display and promote their products/services.
• Vendor/Sponsor will be listed on the Legends Fall Festival Sponsorship Page, which will be available on the Legends website.
• Vendor/Sponsor is responsible for providing their own booth setup, including tables, chairs, and any other materials needed to display their products/services.

3. Fees and Payment

Vendor/Sponsor agrees to pay a fee of $75 for participation in the Event. Payment is due upon signing this Agreement and must be made no later than October 18th, 2024.

4. Event Setup and Breakdown

• Vendor/Sponsor setup will take place on October 19th, 2024 All vendors/sponsors must be fully set up by 10:30am on the day of the Event.
• Vendor/Sponsor agrees to dismantle and remove all equipment and materials from the Event area by 6pm on the day of the Event.

5. Marketing and Promotion

Vendor/Sponsor agrees to promote their participation in the Event through their own social media platforms, websites, and other channels. Host agrees to promote Vendor/Sponsor as a participant on the Event’s marketing materials and social media.

6. Vendor/Sponsor Responsibilities

Vendor/Sponsor is responsible for:

• Adhering to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding their products/services.
• Ensuring that their booth is operated safely and professionally.
• Providing adequate insurance coverage for their participation, including product and general liability coverage if applicable.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Vendor/Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates, from any and all liabilities, damages, and claims arising from their participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of product.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• In the event that the Vendor/Sponsor cancels their participation in the Event, no refunds will be issued.
• If the Event is canceled by the Host due to unforeseen circumstances, Vendor/Sponsor will be entitled to a full refund of the participation fee.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
