Anastasia Belikov

Mobility & Physical Therapy

PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

Growing up in the Hudson Valley of New York State, Anastasia’s main sport was figure skating. She reached gold level for Moves in the Field. Anastasia trained off the ice intermittently in Pilates, Ballet, Lyrical dance, and Ballroom. A love of science and an injury in her last year of high school prompted me to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy at Russell Sage College in Troy, New York.

While in college, Anastasia joined the student-run Dance Ensemble, where she had the opportunity to choreograph multiple pieces for our annual performances. Anastasia also continued to coach figure skating. While in graduate school, she started power lifting, as well as taking Salsa lessons and fell in love with it. In 2019, Anastasia moved to North Carolina with her husband. Here she joined a performance Salsa team, Cobo Brothers Dance Company. Movement has always been a huge part of Anastasia’s life, and it always will be.
