What to expect during your workout

You’ll love the switch up of the Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Metabolic Conditioning, partner drills, grappling dummies, TRX suspension, dumbells, kettlebells, plyometrics, and much more. Your movement patterns are different, and the vibe is all about strength, skill, and agility. Your mind and body are empowered to go harder, push through the workout and end feeling accomplished round after round. Get ready to sweat! 

Workout Format:

  • Warm Up
  • Stretch
  • Timer: 2.5 min workout – 1 min rest
  • Rounds: 5-6 (Each round is different a combination utilizing all Dutch Kickboxing techniques)
  • Abs / Core work
  • Cool down
