Young Warriors

The Young Warriors  program is a comprehensive curriculum of Dutch Kickboxing, the most essential self-defense techniques, and topics such as bullying, peer pressure, conflict resolution, stranger danger, and self-confidence-building exercises. 

We understand that children learn best when they are actively involved, so our classes are filled with interactive activities, role-playing scenarios, and skill-building exercises. We focus not only on physical techniques but also on developing mental strength, situational awareness, and effective communication skills.

Self-Defense Grappling

Learn the most essential and effective techniques for everyday life situations. Whether you’re seeking to learn self-defense & Jiu Jitsu techniques or simply want to get fit, our program offers a unique and exciting experience for everyone. Build strength, boost your confidence, and have a blast while doing it.
Legends Self-Defense Grappling Program is the perfect choice for couples, family, and individuals ages 13+. This is a very practical program that is useful for every day scenarios.
