Workout Format:

  • Warm Up
  • Stretch
  • 3-4 Rounds of Cardio Boxing 
  • Level 1: 1 min workout – 1 min rest
  • Level 2: 1.5 min workout – 30 sec rest
  • Exercise Set: 3-4 Different Exercises (at your level)
  • Cool down
